Appointments:
The first appointment is usually reserved for a comprehensive examination that includes X-rays, unless you have specific concern or require immediate treatment for an emergency condition. With the use of an intra-oral camera the dentist or the hygienist will discuss their findings with you, make recommendations and establish a treatment plan. Our treatment coordinator will then explain the details and procedures of this plan, prepare a cost estimate and work out an appointment schedule with you.
Fees:
In addition to making your dental treatment experience stress-free, we strive to assist you as best we can in financing your visit to our office. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal cheques for payment at the time of your appointment. If you have dental insurance, our skilled staff, with the use of a special computer program, can assist you in processing your insurance claim immediately. Should you have specific concerns regarding finances we suggest you contact Stephanie, our Treatment Coordinator, to discuss payment options that suit your budget.
